Protoje launched his latest album “Ancient Future” on Monday March 9, at the Pegasus Hotel in Kingston. “Ancient Future” features Reggae artistes such as Chronixx, Kabaka Pyramid, Jesse Royal, Mortimer and Sevana. The album became available worldwide on March 10.
Chronixx, Kabaka Pyramid, Mortimer and Sevana who collaborated with Protoje on some of the album tracks, were there as special guests.
25 Months Cycle
The release of “Ancient Future” represents coincidentally for Protoje a cycle of releasing an album every 25 months. His debut album “The 7 Year Itch” was released January 2011 while “8 Year Affair”, was released 25 months later in February 2013.
South American Performance
On May 31 Protoje will be performing selections from “Ancient Future” at the Siempre Vivo Reggae Show in Santiago, Chile.
Also he will be on tour in Argentina on June 2 Protoje en Argentina
