Stefan Wilson is a reggae singer, songwriter and guitar player who is known as Verse Ital. He was born In the town of Carenage in Trinidad on August 8, 1982. His musical style may be described as a fusion of Roots Reggae, Dancehall and Hip Hop.
Career
Verse Ital started his musical career in 2008 with the release of his first single “Nyquil” and also “Jah Puzzle”. that same year he released his debut album Love Cry.
Some of his most popular singles in Trindidad and Tobagao included, “Nyquil”, “Jah Puzzle”, “Sellassie I”, Blueprint” and “Spring Water.
At the end of 2013 he migrated to Netherlands. His music carreer in Europe was propelled in 2014 when he won the MC category of the Benelux Reggae Contest in Netherlands.
Achievements
He has performed on tour with musicians such as Buju Banton, Beres Hammond, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, NAS and Jah Cure. He has also performed at several festivals including Reggae Geel in Belgium and Summerjam in Germany.

In 2015 he released a new studio album Truth and Substance. His latest hit single includes the title track “Truth and Substance”.
In 2016 he is expected to tour extensively throughout Europe.
